Really rude receptionist Anna. I was left waiting for 2.5 hours to have a scale and clean to then be informed I needed to rebook. My husband was having a tooth extraction. I was booked in with him to have a clean. Even thou they knew the severity of his situation, they insisted I book with him. I was then informed the dentist needed a lunch break and so I needed to rebook. I was not happy with this as I was in waiting room, ready after hours of waiting. Anna Is very unprofessional and unpleasant has no personal skills and talks over the clients. She needs to learn management skills and communication. Need to learn how to time manage and not be so rude. She is the manager and receptionist so her time management and thinking out side the square need to change and be improved.

I have found my forever dentist with Dr Thinus Koen. He is & has always been just lovely regardless of my dental issues which are endless. Though a misspent youth I have constant problems and Thinus has always accommodated me to the best of my budgets ability without judgement and I cannot rate high highly enough.

I did not find them very helpful. Even though I got an appointment very quickly, I was advised to see a specialist about having a splint fixed. Since noone seemed to fix splints (also not the recommended specialist), I requested a quote for a new splint in comparison to a root canal because my travel insurance would decide if they cover the costs based on that. On the phone I was told to email and after a day of wait I got the response that I had been advised to see a specialist and hence could not get the requested quote. So now I have lost more time again and still don't have the information I need, which requires me to pay for another consultation elsewhere. The referral was not for a new splint so it feels like they are just not willing to provide that quote even if I would have made the splint there.

The staff at Fremantle Dental Care are very friendly and helpful in navigating through the New Patient" experience. Dr Thinus Koen was also very friendly and helpful in helping me to understand my dental needs. I would highly recommend Fremantle Dental Care"

I have been a regular patient at this dental clinic for over 2 decades and have had extensive work done there from regular cleaning and root canals with gold crowns. I have found the dentist and staff to be highly professional and have always been happy with the completed dental work. I have a brother who works in a dental practice in the US so he routinely checks that work that I have had done at the practice and he has been very impressed. I highly recommend this dental practice.
